Diligencia Real Estate is a fully integrated real estate management boutique, with a clear focus on asset and property management of commercial real estate.
As ‘one-stop shop’ partners and experienced administrators of real estate portfolios, Diligencia Real Estate provides the entire range of services under one roof – from structured property acquisition, performance-oriented asset and property management, technical and infrastructural building management, through to successful disposal of the properties.
Following the guiding principle "Think global, act local", Diligencia Real Estate works from its location in Munich on behalf of its customers throughout Germany, with special expertise in the metropolitan regions of southern Germany.

Diligencia Real Estate is led by its founder and owner Mark Zimmermann. He is a graduate in Business Studies (Diplom-Betriebswirt) and an expert in the real estate sector.
In his career so far, Mark Zimmermann has facilitated real estate transactions in Europe worth over 500 million Euro and has successfully managed property portfolios in Germany worth more than 1 billion Euro.
Before founding Diligencia Real Estate, Mark Zimmermann was Transactions and Asset Manager at Catella Real Estate AG KAG. While there he led numerous property acquisitions and was responsible for the asset management of a commercial property portfolio in northern Germany and Scandinavia.
As Acquisition Manager at MEAG MUNICH ERGO Asset Management GmbH, Mark Zimmermann supervised the acquisition of a pan-European logistics property portfolio. While working for US real estate fund manager Invesco Real Estate GmbH he was jointly responsible – on site in Munich and in Prague – for property acquisitions in Central and Eastern Europe.
Before starting his professional career, Mark Zimmermann achieved considerable success as a member of the German national fencing team. He was placed in the world rankings and has won the German individual championship and several team championships.
